The Crisis in Workplace Governance: Special Issue in Honor of Paul C. Weiler

A publication of the University of Illinois College of Law and the International Society for Labor Law and Social Security, the Comparative Labor Law and Policy Journal, Winter 2007 edition features a special edition in honor of Paul Weiler's contributions to labor law. The issue contains 12 articles by renowned labor law scholars, including Harry Arthurs, who was Paul Weiler's professor at Osgoode Hall Law School, James Brudney, who served with him for many years on the UAW Public Review Board, William Gould IV, who shares Paul Weiler's love of baseball, and contributed an article on new Red Sox pitcher phenom Matsuzaka, and Jack Trumpbour who is the Research Director for Harvard Law School's Labor and Worklife Program, which Paul Weiler co-Chairs.
